Objection!!, now in version 2.0 for the Macintosh, is an innovative tool for developing your ability to recognize and respond with evidentiary objections to a series of questions.

Like any good computer game, Objection!! is addicting and challenging. Five levels of difficulty are provided (I never got to level 3). The learning experience is not rote memorization, but requires quick, calculated, intelligent responses. Nor is the game linear-based: It provides different questioning scenarios based on the information each witness reveals and the rulings on your objections.

Additions to the new 2.0 version include an Explanation feature which explains the judge’s ruling. The explanations are custom-crafted for each question and often cite rule numbers and/or cases. Another new feature is a Performance Evaluation at the end of the game where recommendations are made based upon the responses you gave in the game. There is also a new Save Game feature which lets you pick up where you left off last time.
